Hallmark Finance commenced operations in 1991 as a duly licensed non-bank financial institution by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and it’s a member of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) and the Financial Houses Association of Nigeria (FHAN).

Mr. Eddie Efekoha (Chairman)

MR Eddie Efekoha is the chairman and a Non-Executive Director Of Hallmark Finance .He is the ,managing director and CEO of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc .He holds a bachelor degree in insurance and and a Masters Degree in business admin be your trusted financial institution providing exceptional service built on integrity ,professionalism and excellence

He was the Vice Chairman/CEO of Consolidated Risk Insurers Plc before his current appointment. A Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London and Nigeria, Eddie has attended several local and international courses in both Insurance and Management. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, a council member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the 22nd chairman of the Nigeria Insurers Association (NIA).

Mr. Babatunde Daramola (Director)

Mr. Babatunde Daramola, is a Non-Executive Director of Hallmark Finance . He is an Executive Director, Finance, Systems and Investment. He was appointed to the Board on April 1 2016. He was until this appointment the General Manager, Finance and Investment in Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. He has played strategic roles in a number of Corporate Transformation projects within the Group in addition to his role as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Daramola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He graduated from the Lagos State Polytechnic in 1994 with a Higher National Diploma in Insurance and also holds the MBA (Finance and Accounting) of the University of Liverpool (U.K.). Tunde has vast working experience spanning Insurance Broking, Underwriting and Banking. He also had a stint in the oil industry having worked in Exxon Mobil Nigeria on secondment from Glanvill Enthoven & Co.(Nig.). He also worked at Continental Trust Bank Ltd. (now part of UBA PLC), where he had responsibility for Insurance, Tax Management, Budgets and Regulatory and Audit Management. Tunde has played a number of insurance industry roles. He served as a two-time Chairman of the Accounting Technical Committee of the Nigerian Insurers Association. He also served as a member of the Insurance Industry Accounting Practices Committee established by the National Insurance Commission.

He was also a member of MCPD planning Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria He is currently a member of the Finance and General Purpose Committee of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. Tunde is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He is married with children.

Mrs. Mary Adeyanju (Director)

Mrs. Mary Adeyanju is a Non-Executive Director of Hallmark Finance. She is the Executive Director Operations. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University as well as a B.A (Theatre Arts) and Diploma in Insurance from the University of Jos and Ahmadu Bello University respectively.

An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Mrs. Adeyanju has over two decades of varied experience in the Insurance industry, having commenced her career in Boof Africa Insurance Brokers. She later held top management positions in Carrier Insurance Brokers, First Chartered Insurance Company and later Consolidated Risks Insurers. Mary was until recently, the Controller/Head of Lagos Mainland operations of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc.

She is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School having attended the SMP.

Mrs. Rukevwe Falana (Company Secretary)

Mrs. Rukevwe Falana is the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Hallmark Finance. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; she is a graduate of Delta State University (LLB Hons) and the Nigerian Law School (BL).

She started her professional career as a Legal Officer with Consolidated Risk Insurers Plc (CRI) in 2004 where she rose through the ranks as a Corporate Counsel with a particular focus on the insurance sector of the financial services industry. Rukevwe was also appointed in 2011 as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Company with the mandate to ensure compliance with all institutional regulatory laws governing the company’s affairs.

She has undergone developmental trainings in diverse areas including commercial law and legal drafting

Mrs. Maria Adekola (Head Audit and Risk Management )

Mrs. Maria Adekola, is the Manager in charge of Audit & Risk Mgt. She was formerly Audit Manager at Consolidated Insurance Plc. She was an alumnus of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a BSc in Economics. She is a thoroughbred multi-disciplined professional, she is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She possessed over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry. She is happily married with children.

Mr. Amojo Gabriel (Head Human Resources & Administrative Services

Gabriel is the Head, Human Resources & Administration. He also doubles as the Personal Assistant to the MD.He is an experienced and self-motivated HR practitioner with over 12 years of working experience in Human Resources with a specialty in Talent Acquisition and Payroll Management cutting across Insurance.

Gabriel is a graduate of Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also holds an MBA- (Human Resources Option) and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN).
