Mr. Kayode Babatunde  (Acting Managing Directior)

Mr. Kayode Babatunde possesses a master’s degree in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho as well as a HND upper credit in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State. 

 

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and has over twenty-two years of varied experience in the Insurance Industry. He commenced his career with Atlantic Insurance Company Limited as an Account Officer, joined Consolidated Risks Insurers Limited as a Senior Account Officer and later became the Management Accountant of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc after the merger of Consolidated Risk Insurer, NGI and Hallmark assurance, he was part of the merger activities.

 

Mr. Kayode Babatunde was the Head, Finance and Accounts Department of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance PLC where he handled financial related issues and approvals of the Financial Statements consecutively for more than fifteen years and part of the team that worked on the adoption of IFRS’s standard in the year 2012.  He later got appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Finance Company Ltd.

 

Mrs. Maria Adekola  (Head Audit and Risk Management )

Mrs. Maria Adekola, is the Manager in charge of Audit & Risk Mgt. She was formerly Audit Manager at Consolidated Insurance  Plc. She was an alumnus of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a BSc in Economics. She is a thoroughbred multi-disciplined professional, and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She possessed over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry. She is happily married with children.

 

Mr.  Amojo Gabriel  (Head Human Resources & Administrative Services) 

Gabriel is the Head, Human Resources & Administration. He also doubles as the Personal Assistant to the MD. He is an experienced and self-motivated HR practitioner with over 12 years of working experience in Human Resources with a specialty in Talent Acquisition and Payroll Management cutting across Insurance.

Gabriel is a graduate of Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also holds an MBA- (Human Resources Option) and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN).

 

Mr Segun Aboderin  (Chief Technology Officer)

Segun Aboderin, a seasoned Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 14 years of experience, brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Masters in Information Technology, he excels in developing and implementing technology-driven solutions. Currently pursuing an MBA at Nexford University, Segun’s commitment to continuous growth and business acumen positions him as a vital asset. As the guiding force behind a company’s technological direction, he shapes strategic visions, drives innovations, and ensures market competitiveness. Segun’s transformative technological leadership aligns with the company’s culture, inspiring teams to embrace innovation and drive the mission forward through cutting-edge solutions.
